PlayPH Terms and Conditions –
Rules Every Player Should Know

Welcome to PlayPH. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") form the legal agreement between you ("Player," "you," or "your") and PlayPH ("we," "us," or "our") regarding your use of the PlayPH website at playph.best, its mobile interface, and all associated gaming services offered on the platform.

By registering an account, logging in, making a deposit, or participating in any game or promotion on PlayPH, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms in full. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please do not use the PlayPH platform.

PlayPH operates under applicable Philippine gaming regulations and is committed to providing a fair, secure, and responsible gaming environment for all registered players in the Philippines. These Terms are written in plain language to make sure every kabayan player knows exactly what to expect when using the platform.

To register and maintain an active account on PlayPH, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements at all times:

• You are at least 21 years of age (the legal age for online gaming in the Philippines).
• You are a resident of the Philippines or accessing the platform from a jurisdiction where online gaming is legal.
• You are not a current employee, contractor, officer, director, or immediate family member of a PlayPH employee or contractor.
• You have not previously been excluded or banned from PlayPH or any associated platform.
• You are not accessing PlayPH from a jurisdiction where online gaming is prohibited by local law.
• You are acting on your own behalf and not as an agent for any third party.

PlayPH reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any point to confirm your eligibility. Failure to provide accurate identification when requested may result in account suspension and forfeiture of pending withdrawals. We take age verification seriously — it protects the platform and protects the community.

Each player is permitted to hold one (1) registered account on PlayPH. Creating multiple accounts is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate suspension of all accounts and forfeiture of balances in those accounts.

When you register, you agree to provide accurate, complete, and current information including your full legal name, date of birth, mobile number, and email address. You are responsible for keeping this information up to date. PlayPH is not liable for losses arising from outdated contact information on your account.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your PlayPH login credentials. Do not share your username or password with anyone. Any activity that takes place under your account — whether or not you authorised it — is your responsibility. If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, contact PlayPH support immediately at support@playph.best.

PlayPH accounts are non-transferable. You may not sell, transfer, or assign your account or any account balance to another person. Any attempt to do so will result in immediate account closure.

PlayPH supports the following Philippine payment methods for deposits and withdrawals: GCash, Maya, GrabPay, Coins.ph, BDO Online Banking, BPI Online Banking, UnionBank, InstaPay, PESONet, and Visa/Mastercard debit and credit cards.

All transactions are processed in Philippine Peso (₱). The minimum deposit on PlayPH is ₱50. There is no maximum deposit limit, though PlayPH reserves the right to request source-of-funds documentation for large deposits in line with anti-money laundering (AML) obligations.

Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for your most recent deposit whenever possible. The minimum withdrawal is ₱100. PlayPH targets the following processing times:

• GCash and Maya: within 15 minutes of approval
• GrabPay and Coins.ph: within 30 minutes of approval
• Bank transfers (InstaPay/PESONet): within one (1) banking day
• Visa/Mastercard: three (3) to five (5) banking days

PlayPH does not charge withdrawal fees. However, your payment provider may apply their own transaction fees, which are outside PlayPH's control. Withdrawal requests are subject to verification review. PlayPH reserves the right to delay processing a withdrawal while identity or fraud checks are in progress.

All funds in your PlayPH account are held in a segregated account separate from PlayPH operational funds. Player balances are protected and not used for any business purpose.

PlayPH offers various bonuses and promotions including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, referral rewards, and tournament prize pools. Each promotion has its own specific terms which are published alongside the offer. In cases of conflict, the specific promotion terms take precedence over these general Terms.

All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements unless stated otherwise. The standard wagering requirement for deposit bonuses is 30x the bonus amount before any withdrawal can be processed against funds derived from that bonus. Free spin winnings are subject to a 20x wagering requirement unless the promotion page states otherwise.

General rules that apply to all PlayPH bonuses:

• Bonuses are intended for one account per player and per household. Circumventing this through multiple accounts will result in forfeiture.
• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly — only winnings generated from wagering with bonus funds may be withdrawn, subject to completing the applicable wagering requirement.
• PlayPH reserves the right to reclaim bonus funds if there is evidence that a player is exploiting promotions or acting in bad faith.
• Bonuses expire after the period stated in each promotion. Expired bonus funds and associated winnings will be removed from the account without notice.
• The PlayPH Refer-a-Friend programme pays a referral reward only when the referred player completes a qualifying first deposit and meets the minimum activity requirement stated in the programme terms.

All game outcomes on PlayPH are determined by certified Random Number Generator (RNG) systems that are independently audited by third-party testing laboratories. No employee, agent, or affiliate of PlayPH can influence game results. The RNG audit reports are available to players on request through the support team.

PlayPH games are provided for real-money entertainment only. By participating in any game on PlayPH, you acknowledge that:

• You understand the rules of the game you are playing before wagering real money.
• Game outcomes are random and past results do not predict future outcomes.
• The house edge or Return to Player (RTP) figures stated for each game are long-term statistical averages and do not guarantee results in any individual session.
• You accept the outcome of every completed game round as final.

In the event of a technical malfunction — such as a game freeze, disconnection during a spin, or software error — PlayPH will investigate and resolve the issue based on server-side logs. Incomplete rounds caused by technical failure will either be completed using the last valid server state or voided, with the stake refunded. PlayPH's decision on technical disputes is final.

Sports betting markets on PlayPH are settled based on official results from the relevant governing body. For NBA betting, the official NBA result stands regardless of broadcast errors or unofficial reports. For MMA, the result declared by the official promotion (UFC, ONE Championship, etc.) at the end of the event is used for settlement.

PlayPH maintains a zero-tolerance policy for any conduct that undermines the integrity of the platform or harms other players. The following activities are strictly prohibited:

• Collusion: Coordinating with other players to manipulate game outcomes, including in Tongits and other multi-player card games.
• Bonus abuse: Creating multiple accounts, using false information, or exploiting technical loopholes to claim bonuses multiple times or in ways not intended by PlayPH.
• Fraud and money laundering: Using PlayPH to process the proceeds of illegal activity, including depositing and withdrawing funds without genuine gaming intent.
• Automated play: Using bots, scripts, software tools, or artificial intelligence to play games, place bets, or interact with the platform in any way not available through the standard player interface.
• Chargebacks: Filing a payment dispute or chargeback with your bank or e-wallet provider for a deposit that was legitimately processed by PlayPH. Any account associated with a chargeback will be suspended pending investigation.
• Impersonation: Creating an account using another person's identity, falsifying documents, or otherwise misrepresenting who you are.
• Harassment: Engaging in abusive, threatening, or discriminatory behaviour toward other players or PlayPH staff in any communication channel.

PlayPH uses advanced fraud detection systems that monitor account activity 24/7. Accounts found to be engaged in any prohibited conduct will be suspended immediately. PlayPH reserves the right to void all bets, withhold balances, and report suspected illegal activity to the appropriate Philippine authorities without prior notice.

All content on the PlayPH platform — including but not limited to the PlayPH brand name, logo, website design, game graphics, software, text, icons, and promotional materials — is the intellectual property of PlayPH or its licensed content providers. All rights are reserved.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the PlayPH platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. This licence does not include the right to:

• Copy, reproduce, or distribute any PlayPH content without written permission.
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble any PlayPH software.
• Use PlayPH branding or logos in any external communications, social media, or websites without authorisation.
• Create derivative works based on PlayPH platform content or game mechanics.

Any unauthorised use of PlayPH intellectual property constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in legal action.

PlayPH provides its platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While we work hard to keep the platform running smoothly 24/7, we cannot guarantee uninterrupted service. To the maximum extent permitted by Philippine law, PlayPH is not liable for:

• Service interruptions, downtime, or data loss caused by technical issues, network failures, or circumstances outside our control.
• Losses resulting from your failure to maintain secure login credentials.
• Losses arising from your reliance on any information published on the PlayPH platform, including game guides, odds, or promotional content.
• Indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages of any kind related to your use of PlayPH, even if PlayPH was advised of the possibility of such damages.

PlayPH's total aggregate liability to any player in connection with any claim related to these Terms or the platform is limited to the total amount deposited by that player in the 30 days preceding the claim.

PlayPH is committed to promoting responsible gaming for all players. The platform provides several tools to help you manage your gaming activity:

• Deposit limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit caps from your account settings. Limits take effect immediately when reduced; increases are subject to a 24-hour cooling-off period.
• Session time reminders: Set an alert to notify you when you've been playing for a specified duration.
• Self-exclusion: Temporarily or permanently exclude yourself from the platform. Temporary exclusions last a minimum of 30 days. Permanent exclusions cannot be reversed.
• Reality check pop-ups: Receive periodic reminders of your session duration and net gaming balance at intervals you choose.

PlayPH enforces a strict 21+ policy. Any account found to be operated by a minor will be closed immediately and all funds will be returned to the depositing payment method after investigation.

You may close your PlayPH account at any time by contacting support at support@playph.best. Before closure, any remaining real-money balance (excluding bonus funds that have not met wagering requirements) will be refunded to your nominated withdrawal method, subject to identity verification.

PlayPH reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account, with or without prior notice, if:

• You breach any provision of these Terms.
• PlayPH is required to do so under applicable law or by a regulatory authority.
• Fraudulent, abusive, or suspicious activity is detected on your account.
• You provide false identity information during registration or verification.
• You engage in any conduct that PlayPH determines to be detrimental to the platform or its player community.

In cases of suspension due to suspected fraud or Terms violation, PlayPH will retain the right to withhold account balances pending the outcome of its investigation. Balances associated with bonus abuse or fraudulent activity may be permanently forfeited.

PlayPH may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time to reflect changes in the platform, applicable law, or regulatory requirements. When material changes are made, PlayPH will notify registered players via the email address on their account and publish a notice on the platform homepage.

The updated Terms will state the effective date at the top of the page. Your continued use of PlayPH after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. If you disagree with any change, you have the right to close your account before the new Terms take effect, and PlayPH will process any eligible withdrawal of your remaining balance.

It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. PlayPH recommends bookmarking this page and checking back whenever you receive a notification of an update.
